Coordinator, E! Brand Live Events, E! Entertainment

Position Overview
The Coordinator plays an essential role supporting the Brand Live Events team as it builds upon and expands E!’s Live Events business. This individual will report to the SVP, Brand Live Events and facilitate the development and execution of all department initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and managing individual tasks and projects.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following for all Live Events:
– Support the department in creating and bringing to life innovative, multi-platform concepts in the evolution and growth of E!’s live event strategy
-Assist in the development of the strategy for new live event programs and optimization of existing programs
-Spearhead projects across all aspects of the business including brand, talent, production, sales, digital and international
-Research and develop perspective on companies, events and partnership opportunities
-Understand the brand, mission and objectives for each event and ensure consistency of audience experience for all content channels
-Create, maintain and update department documents, project plans and trackers
-Develop presentations and materials for executive management meetings
-Coordinate the flow of information and communication among internal departments, external partners and agencies

-Continually monitor consumer, competitive and pop cultural trends
-Provide administrative support to SVP of Brand Live Events and team as needed
-Provide both in-office and on-site executional support for all Live Events

-at least 2 years professional experience working in dynamic multimedia environments
-Bachelor’s degree

-Deep knowledge of and interest in entertainment (music, movies, TV), celebrity and social media pop culture
-Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit with a positive attitude
-Hard-working, dedicated and detail-oriented
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to juggle multiple assignments and balance priorities as required
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to correspond across a wide variety of departments and
