Brooks Nader Brings Her Three Sisters to Work With Her as Often as Possible

Brooks Nader prioritizes self-care in every step of her daily routine, from wellness hacks to spending quality time with loved ones.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model brings her three sisters — Mary Holland, Grace Ann and Sarah Jane Nader — with her to work whenever she can. “They’re the best support group and cheerleaders,” Nader, 27, exclusively shares in the latest issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now.

The four sisters grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and currently reside in New York City, with all pursuing modeling careers except for Mary Holland, who works in finance. Brooks made her SI Swimsuit debut after an open casting call in 2019, and she’s been a regular in the iconic magazine. Since she scored her own cover last year, she has remained booked and busy, so she leans on her sisters for support.

Last month, Brooks appeared alongside modeling legends like Tyra Banks, Lily Aldridge and Kate Upton for the 60th Anniversary of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.

“Never did I ever imagine I would go down in history as a Sports Illustrated LEGEND!” Brooks wrote via Instagram on March 26. “To go from rookie, to cover girl, to legend is so surreal! Never give up .”

Scroll down to follow Brooks through a day in her life:

Brooks starts off every morning by moving her body. After a healthy breakfast, the model heads to Gotham Gym in New York City to exercise with her longtime trainer, Rob Piela.
“I work out at least five times a week,” she tells Us. “It’s important to keep my muscles flexible and strong.”

Following her morning workout, Brooks likes to hit the sauna before grabbing her caffeine fix for the day.
“If my schedule allows, I’ll usually hit the sauna after a tough workout,” she explains to Us. “It’s a really relaxing time to sit, sweat everything out and mentally prepare for my day.”
After sweating it out, Brooks makes herself “a post-workout and post-stretch turmeric latte.”

Exercise doesn’t stop when Brooks leaves the gym. The model likes to hit the road on foot when she’s in the city to get her steps in and explore the community.
“I try to walk everywhere, especially when I have jobs in New York City,” she tells Us. “I love people watching and checking out neighborhoods — and [the city] is the perfect place to do both things.”

Time for work! Next up, Brooks heads to set for a photo shoot, getting camera-ready in a fluffy white robe.
“Some days I get lucky with a late call time,” she says. “I absolutely love my job and the amazing people I get to work with.”

“I try to bring my sisters to work with me as much as I can. They’re the best support group and cheerleaders,” Brooks says of sisters Mary Holland, Grace Ann and Sarah Jane. “When we’re on set together, it always ends in a dance party, followed by drinks!”

When it comes to de-stressing, Brooks is just like Us. The model grabs a glass of wine and turns on the TV to binge-watch in her loungewear.
“After a long day, I wind down with a nice glass of wine,” she tells Us. “I love to take off my makeup, put on a robe, chill on the couch [and watch] something on Netflix!”
