Haley Ferguson and Oula Palve embraced their cross-country relationship before settling down in 2022.
The Bachelor alum has her twin sister, Emily Ferguson, to thank for her and Palve’s happily ever after, which began in fall 2019.
“We had been talking since October 2019 and then I flew out to New York to spend Christmas with him and I knew that trip he was the type of guy you marry,” Haley exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2021. “He surprised me with tickets to The Lion King on Broadway and wined and dined me.”
Palve, who is a hockey player from Finland, married Haley in June 2022 ahead of her sister Emily’s July 2022 wedding with Vegas Golden Knights player William Karlsson. Haley and Palve announced in January 2026 that they’re expecting their second baby.

The brides-to-be added: “We have the same group of friends and since we are so close, we wanted to celebrate this part of our lives together and just enjoy doing life together. It’s been so fun to be able to share these once in a lifetime experiences as best friends and sisters.”

“It’s with extremely full hearts and tons of joy that Oula and I can officially share our exciting news! It’s also important for me to recognize that even though I’m so happy to share this, a part of me aches for anyone who sees this and feels pained,” Haley wrote at the time. “I know that feeling so well. As I’ve shared my story, I’ve been able to build a beautiful and strong community of people also struggling with infertility. Please know I understand if you need to step away from my page during this period and my heart is with you. Thank you endlessly for all your support!”

The couple’s first baby, daughter Lovi Lavigne, was born on April 27. “You’re the love we’ve always known was coming,” Haley wrote via Instagram, announcing her little one’s arrival.
“Been soaking up every second of the newborn bubble bliss. Baby and I got home from the hospital yesterday and we are doing great!” she added. “She is pure joy and we couldn’t be more in love 🩷 Welcome to the world sunshine girl!”
