Katherine Smith and Benjamin Finlan
Katherine Smith and Benjamin Finlan confirmed on April 4 that they called it quits.
“After 11.5 years of loving, enduring, surviving, and growing side by side, Ben and I made the mutual decision earlier this year to end our romantic relationship,” an Instagram statement read. “We know this may come as a shock to many. For us, it isn’t. It’s something we’ve quietly grieved for quite some time. There is no scandal. No fracture. Just two people who have shared more in a decade than many do in a lifetime, quietly acknowledging that love can change shape.”
Tabitha Swatosh and Michael Sanzone
In her March 15 TikTok, Tabitha Swatosh became emotional as she shared her split from Michael Sanzone. “So many people on the internet have already made so many speculations, I haven’t even gone to process everything myself,” she said before adding that she didn’t feel ready to talk about it but felt the need to. “I haven’t told all my friends or family about this. So if this is the way you’re finding out, I hope you just understand.”
Swatosh shared that she “lost” who she was when she moved to Los Angeles, building her whole “identity” on her relationship. She noted that the pair did “try” therapy, adding that she wishes him “the best.”
Sanzone, for his part, said in a separate TikTok video the same day that it’s been “very difficult navigating this” and asked for “privacy and time.” He added, “Please know that we don’t have any hatred towards each other.”

The influencer shared on February 12 that she and husband Cody Hawken had separated after more than two years of marriage. In her Instagram video, Mikayla Nogueira told her followers that the pair split last year. “I have been going through this with Cody for the past few months. S*** is tough. There’s a lot of crying, there’s a lot of emotions. But I’m still going to show up every day,” she said.
Danielle Bernstein and Cooper Weisman
WeWoreWhat founder Danielle Bernstein announced via her Instagram Story on January 30 that she and fiancé Cooper Weisman have called off their engagement. Weisman proposed in June 2025 after less than two years of dating.
“I’ve been quiet about my personal life and wasn’t ready to speak on it until now,” Bernstein explained to her followers. “We’re stepping away from our relationship with love and respect.”
The fashion influencer added, “There’s no big dramatic reason — sometimes it’s simply not the right forever. I’m not sure what the future holds, but this choice took courage.”
Jess Val Ortiz and Alexei Mitchell
Jess Val Ortiz announced via TikTok on January 28 that she and Alexei Mitchell had split after less than one year together. Her video update began with Ortiz dancing around her living room with the words, “Breaking up on bad terms,” written at the top of the clip. The scene then pivoted to Ortiz curled up in a ball with a hooded sweatshirt over her head and a bottle of wine in hand. “Breaking up on good terms” was then written over the video.
Ortiz, who introduced her followers to Mitchell in February 2025, addressed their split again on January 29. She shared a TikTok video of herself in a daze with the words, “When you hit day 3 after the breakup,” flashing across the screen.
Brynne Marie and Mario Mirante

“I know we both chose to share a lot of our lives with you guys, so I want to thank you for not only respecting my privacy through this, but Mario’s privacy as well. For our ‘Pretty Funny’ community, I love you all so much. I’m so lucky that I was able to be a part of something that meant so much to so many of you,” she continued. “If you’re struggling with mental health, please do not wait to get help. There are professionals out there who can help you. I love you all so much, and I want to thank you for understanding. I hope you have a good week.”
Jensen Savannah Nichol and Jorge Millares
Jensen Savannah Nichol shared on January 23 that she and Jorge Millares had split.
“Hey y’all. I know many of you have noticed it’s just been me lately. I’ve received a lot of kind messages and questions which is why I wanted to share this once, clearly,” Nichol wrote via Instagram at the time. “My husband, who I was with for nine and a half years, and I have been separated since November 1st.”
She continued, “I truly hoped this would be an amicable transition, but it hasn’t unfolded the way I expected, which has made this season more difficult than I anticipated. I understand that some recent public posts may have raised questions or made this feel sudden. I’ve been navigating this privately during this season.”
Nichol shared that she’s “truly grateful for the kindness and support” that “so many” people have shown for her. “This chapter has been about growth, grounding and choosing peace,” she concluded.
“Thank you all for being here.” Nichol added in the caption, “I’m not sharing details beyond this, but I appreciate the kindness, privacy, and respect in this space 🤍.”

In Wood’s perspective, she and Cope’s lives are “not currently aligned how they used to be.”
“We fell in love when we were 15, and we were just two pieces of cardboard,” she said. “And then over time, we became puzzle pieces, and our puzzle pieces just don’t fit. And that is not him. That is not me. It is both of us together.”
