Tom Sandoval has filed for a restraining order against Victoria Lee Robinson and her father.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Sandoval, 44, claims he was subject to “verbal and physical abuse” by Robinson, 33, and her father, Will Robinson, after a night out on June 3. (TMZ was the first to report the news on Thursday, June 25.)
Sandoval alleged that he was having a “verbal disagreement” with Robinson when he discovered she was filming him and her dad allegedly became aggressive. Sandoval then locked himself in a room and said Victoria later attacked him at home, which caused his vision to be blurred. Sandoval then called authorities, leading to her arrest. She was released the same day on bond.
The filing noted that Sandoval has been living with his girlfriend and her dad. Sandoval stated in the documents that he wants the pair out of his house.

A source exclusively tells Us that Sandoval and Victoria have since called it quits. “They are broken up,” the insider says. “Tom has endured this abuse for many months. For the most part, Tom has been supporting Victoria and her dad as Tom has been paying the rent and utilities. Victoria’s dad has been living in the house for free. He put up with far too much for too long.”
Us Weekly reached out to the LAPD, Sandoval’s rep and Victoria for comment.
Sandoval and Victoria have been together since 2024, after he famously cheated on now-ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix with their Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
While rumors swirled that Sandoval and Victoria had gotten married last year, Us confirmed in December 2025 that they had not taken that step in their relationship. One month earlier, Sandoval reflected on his relationship with Victoria.

“Well, this chapter, it’s been so great,” he told The Daily Dish at BravoCon. “I’ll tell you what. Like, being with somebody who’s not fully engrossed in reality TV — her mom is, but she’s not — again, it’s so great. Like, somebody who can take you at face value, you know, that’s been so great.”
Sandoval also got candid about their connection in a March 2025 Us cover story, where he shared how Victoria has been “strong and supportive” as a partner.
“I’ve been extremely happy in [our] relationship. We work very well, we have similar goals, and it feels like we could really grow together,” he said at the time. “I feel so fortunate and lucky to have her in my life. She’s been my rock and stuck by me.”
