Al Pacino made headlines when revealing that he and girlfriend Noor Alfallah were expecting their first child together. He was 83 years old at the time.
The Scarface star’s rep confirmed to Us Weekly in May 2023 that Alfallah was eight months pregnant with the couple’s baby — Pacino’s fourth overall. (The Devil’s Advocate actor shares daughter Julie Marie, born in 1989, with Jan Tarrant, and twins Anton James and Olivia Rose, born in 2001, with Beverly D’Angelo.)
One month later, Pacino’s rep revealed that the duo had welcomed a baby boy. “Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have welcomed a son named Roman Pacino,” the spokesperson confirmed to Us in June 2023.
While Pacino and Alfallah have a notable age difference — the duo are 54 years apart — both parties have been in high-profile age-gap relationships in the past. Prior to sparking romance rumors with Alfallah in April 2022 while stepping out together at a Los Angeles restaurant, Pacino was linked to numerous actresses over his decades in the film industry, including ex-girlfriend Meital Dohan, whom he dated from 2018 to 2020.
Alfallah, for her part, has been linked to Mick Jagger — who is 51 years her senior — as well as billionaire Nicolas Berggruen and Clint Eastwood, though she denied ever dating the Escape From Alcatraz star.
Pacino and Alfallah, however, went public with their romance in April 2023 — one year after they were first spotted together on a cozy dinner date at L.A.’s Felix Trattoria.

Five months after sparking romance rumors, it was revealed that Alfallah is executive-producing the movie Billy Knight, which stars Pacino.

Alfallah took to Instagram to share a rare photo with the House of Gucci alum. “My friend Bennett Miller has an exhibition of new prints produced using a DALL•E image generator,” she captioned a photo of the trio. “Go check it out!”
May 2023

Alfallah gave birth to the couple’s first child together. “Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have welcomed a son named Roman Pacino,” a rep for Pacino confirmed to Us at the time.

Alfallah filed a request for sole physical custody of Roman with “reasonable visitation” for Pacino, per legal documents obtained by The Blast. She agreed to share joint legal custody with Pacino, which allows him to be involved in medical and educational decisions. Despite rumors that the filing indicated a split, Pacino’s rep told Us the couple are still together. “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman,” the spokesperson said.

Pacino’s rep clarified to People the actor and Alfallah’s relationship status noting that the twosome are “very good friends” and “coparents.”
