More than five years after Andi Dorfman handed out roses on The Bachelorette, she accepted a proposal from Blaine Hart.
The lawyer first appeared on season 18 of The Bachelor, which aired in 2014. After she (infamously) dumped Juan Pablo Galavis during the fantasy suite dates, Dorfman was named the season 10 Bachelorette. During her season, she picked Josh Murray over runner-up Nick Viall.
Five months after the finale aired, Dorfman confirmed the end of their engagement in February 2015. Dorfman, however, eventually found The One in Hart, whom she initially met through a mutual friend 15 years before they got together in 2021.
Dorfman and Hart tied the knot in Italy in May 2023 in front of their family and friends, including Bachelor Nation’s Tayshia Adams, Hannah Ann Sluss, Nikki Ferrell and Amanda Stanton. More than a year later, they welcomed their first baby.

Summer 2021
“He was kind of hitting me up a little bit. And then we were both in Italy,” Dorfman told Us of reconnecting with Hart. “He was there for a wedding, I was there with some friends over the summer, and he basically said, ‘I want to take you out for drinks,’ and I said, ‘Well, I’m in Italy, maybe next time,’ and he said, ‘No, I’m in Italy and I’m coming to see you and taking you out for drinks,’ and then been together ever since!”
She added that she had “no expectations” from the Italy meet-up, gushing, “When he walked into the bar … I was like, ‘Dang, he’s so cute.’”
Fall 2021
The twosome split time between South Carolina and Los Angeles. “I’m trying to convince him [to move to L.A.],” the Georgia native told Us in early 2022 about their long-distance romance.
November 2021
The former ABC personality teased that she had a new man in November 2021 via Instagram, sharing a photo of the back of his head.
December 2021
Dorfman made their relationship Instagram official on New Year’s Eve, writing, “By far my favorite thing from 2021 ❤️.”
February 2022
The couple hit their first red carpet at a Super Bowl event. “We’re huge beach people,” she told Us during a joint interview at the party. “Literally, he flew in, I picked him up from the airport on the 4:30 flight, we go straight to the beach for sunset.”
March 2022
Hart made the sunset extra special when he popped the question with a 5-carat, radiant-cut diamond with a halo and split shank, designed by jeweler Sabri Guven, who worked on Dorfman’s mother’s engagement ring 40 years earlier.
May 2022
“Officially homeowners … of a dirt lot!” Dorfman announced via Instagram, revealing the couple’s plans for their future home. “Bring on the bedazzled hard hats, we got a house to build y’all! 🏡.”
September 2022
“My forever +1,” Dorfman gushed of her fiancé while attending Amanda Stanton and Michael Fogel’s September wedding.
October 2022
The former Bachelorette and her fiancé dressed up as Cleopatra and Marc Antony for Halloween.
May 2023
A source confirmed to Us that Dorfman and Hart tied the knot in Italy.
August 2024
Dorfman announced via Instagram that she and Hart were expecting their first child “later this year.” She wrote alongside a photo that captured the couple holding sonogram photos of their growing little one, “Future Mom + Dad!!!! To say we are over the moon is an understatement!”
December 2024
The couple announced the birth of their first baby on December 20. “28 hours of labor later … and we are officially a party of 3,” Dorfman wrote via her Instagram Story at the time.
