Less than one month after Bachelor in Paradise season 9 alum Brayden Bowers revealed that he was dating fellow Bachelor Nation personality Christina Mandrell , he proposed.
“I just knew that there was something special, and there was something different, and then I got to spend time with you and got to spend time with Blakely … and introduce you to my family,” Bowers said during The Golden Wedding on January 4, referring to Mandrell’s daughter from a previous relationship. “For the first time in my life, I feel like I found someone that I can be myself with unapologetically. And I have no doubts that I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”
While Bowers popped the question on the same day as Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner ’s wedding to Theresa Nist , the bride and groom approved of his plans in advance.

The Young and the Restless actor popped the question to his girlfriend on December 21. “YES,” Frei captioned an Instagram pic of her hand — which was sporting her impressive sparkler — on Floyd’s face.
“We are huge family people, so having both of our families together was important,” Floyd told People of his Boston Commons proposal. “Carly is from Boston so the city has such a special place in her heart and being there with all our loved ones I know mean so much to her.”
Frei added: “Thank God it snowed, too!”
Tom Green
The comedian — who was married to Drew Barrymore from 2001 to 2002 — announced his engagement on December 22. “Big news! Amanda and I are engaged! I am the luckiest guy in the world,” he wrote via Instagram. “I love you Amanda. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas from us to all of you!”
Amanda’s last name is unknown, though her Instagram profile lists her as a personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition coach.
Iyanna McNeely
The Love Is Blind alum announced that she is engaged to her boyfriend, whose identity has not been publicly revealed.
“A weekend of surprises, wonder, and happy cries. ✨ Something sparkly, something special, someone forever. ✨,” she wrote via Instagram on December 17 alongside a photo of her and her fiancé.

Darden announced he and Nelson were engaged on December 9 via Instagram. The Maze Runner star shared a series of images from the proposal, which included a heart of roses with a sign that read, “Will you marry me?” as well as Darden getting down on one need and Nelson showing off her new diamond ring.

Leslie Grossman
Grossman revealed on her former What I Like About You costar Jennie Garth’s “I Choose Me” podcast on October 22 that she is engaged.
“That’s a wild thing that I didn’t see coming,” Grossman gushed. “Not that I didn’t see it coming with this person. I just didn’t see any of this next chapter of my life coming. … He’s a wonderful person. It’s so funny this is the first time I’m talking about it publicly. It is a very lucky and wonderful next chapter.”

Grossman did not publicly reveal her partner’s name. She was previously married to Jon Bronson, with whom she shares daughter Goldie, until they separated in 2020.
Javi Marroquin and Lauren Comeau
Comeau revealed via Instagram in October that the Teen Mom 2 alum had popped the question one year prior while at the Bahamas’ Atlantis Resort Nassau. Her post included photos from the proposal, showing that their son Eli and Marroquin’s son Lincoln — whom he shares with ex Kailyn Lowry – were present during the special moment.
Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos
The Dallas Cowboys quarterback announced via social media on October 18 that he asked Ramos to marry him with help from their daughter, MJ. Their baby girl wore a onesie that read, “Hi mommy, daddy has a question for you!” when Prescott popped the question on a golf course.

Rodrigo Reyes and Tyler Dugas
The Southern Charm star announced on September 16 that he proposed to his longtime boyfriend, Dugas, on their summer vacation. “On a cliffside in Santorini, Tyler said, ‘Let’s do it!’” Reyes revealed via social media.
Katie Thurston and Jeff Arcuri
Arcuri, a comedian, proposed to the former Bachelorette at Secret Beach in Kauai, Hawaii, on August 26.

News broke on August 15 that Duggar and Wissmann had gotten engaged. The pair didn’t comment on the news at the time, but they did apply for a marriage license, according to In Touch.
Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey
Cuoco revealed via her Instagram Story on August 14 that she and Pelphrey are engaged after more than two years of dating. “Amazing weekend,” she captioned a pic of the pair that showed her flashing a diamond engagement ring.
Archie Renaux and Annie O’Hara
Renaux told People on August 12 that he proposed to his longtime girlfriend the previous year.
“We’ve got a few things to plan and get ready for in this next year,” the Shadow and Bone alum said of wedding planning with O’Hara. He added the pair’s daughter, Iris, whom they welcomed in 2020, will “certainly have a job” during the big day.

The singer confirmed during her August 9 show in Munich, Germany, that she and Paul had secretly gotten engaged. “I can’t marry you because I’m already getting married!” she told a concertgoer who held up a proposal sign.
Maddy Nilles and Payton Otterdahl
Team USA shotputter Payton Otterdahl proposed to his girlfriend, Maddy Niles, at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics on Sunday, August 4, with Otterdahl taking a knee in front of the Eiffel Tower. “Meanwhile, in the City of Love … I love you forever, Maddy Niles!” he shared via Instagram later that day.
Emma Roberts and Cody John
Roberts announced via Instagram on July 16 that she and John had gotten engaged after two years together.

Huma Abedin and Alex Soros
Abedin and Soros announced their engagement via Instagram on July 10. “This happened…we couldn’t be happier, more grateful, or more in love ❤️ 😍 💍,” the wrote in a joint post alongside a photo of Soros getting down on one knee.
According to Vogue, Soros proposed to Abedin in May at home in New York City before they headed to Italy for a formal celebration.
Marisa Abela and Jamie Bogyo
Abela, who starred in the Amy Winehouse biopic Back to Black, got engaged to West End actor Bogyo after four years of dating. He confirmed via Instagram on July 7 that he had popped the question.
“She said she’ll think about it!” Bogyo wrote in the caption, alongside a carousel of sweet photos and videos from the proposal, including a snap of Abela holding a rose and showing off her ring. In a subsequent video, the couple’s loved ones cheered as they arrived at a surprise party following the proposal.

Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall
The Teen Mom star exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that her and Hall got engaged on May 28.
“This is very, very new. It was a big surprise,” McKee told Us, adding that Hall flew in her dad and sisters to the engagement – and found a way to include her late mom, Angie Douthit, in the special day. “All the people I loved were here and everyone was crying and it was just, he made it very, very special. It means a lot to me.”

Us Weekly confirmed on May 8 that the Below Deck Mediterranean star got engaged to her boyfriend after four years of dating.

Thalman surprised Hyland with a proposal during what she thought was just a Mother’s Day brunch with their families on May 5. Hyland was taken aback when Thalman knelt down on one knee.

The rapper subtly shared on April 17 that he and Abecassis Sartore were engaged.

The Olympic athlete announced her engagement to Aamodt via Instagram on April 4, sharing a carousel of photos that showed off her ring.
Cecily Strong
Strong revealed during a March 27 appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers that she and her boyfriend got engaged late last year. However, the Saturday Night Live alum admitted that the proposal wasn’t a surprise.
“We talked about getting married and then one day he was like, ‘I’m so inundated with emails and texts. Look at this,’ and he showed me his phone,” she recalled. “And the first text was from a friend and it said, ‘How did it go? Ring emoji.'”
When asked whether she saw the message, Strong contemplated lying but knew that wouldn’t be the best move. She told him that whenever he does decide to propose, that will be the real surprise — but that wasn’t the case.
“And then I had kind of a rough night in December, and I was like, ‘Can I just wear the damn ring now?’” she quipped. “And so that’s how we got engaged.”
Chris Conran and Alana Milne
“My dream girl said yes to forever ❤️,” Conran wrote via Instagram on March 24 alongside photos from when he proposed to Milne during a recent trip to Bali.
The couple met during Bachelor in Paradise season 7 but left the series separately. Following filming, the reality stars ended up connecting again and went public with their romance in October 2021.

The Gossip Girl alum popped the question to Jackson during a romantic ski trip in Switzerland. “Hell YES 💍,” Jackson captioned pics of the snowy proposal in a joint Instagram post with Westwick on January 29. Westwick reshared the post via his Instagram Story, writing, “I hit the jackpot xxx.”
Marshall Glaze and Chay Barnes
The Love Is Blind alum announced on January 23 that he proposed to his girlfriend one month prior.
