Kylie Jenner is laying the groundwork for her next era — literally.
The beauty mogul showed off the latest renovation updates on her ever-evolving Hidden Hills mansion in January 2026.
The project has been years in the making as she purchased the sprawling five-acre lot from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million. At the time, Jenner had reportedly submitted plans to build an 18,000-square-foot main house, which was full of luxe features including a 12-car garage, a guest house, a stunning pool, and a sports court on the lot, according to Architectural Digest. Plus, there are reportedly additional structures on the land including a separate guest house.
Aerial images of the mansion captured in August 2025 showed that Jenner had olive trees planted around the property, giving her abode a European-style ambiance with more privacy.

Outside View
“House meetings are my fav,” she captioned a snap via Instagram Stories on January 30, 2026, displaying her designer bag from the seat of her car.
Flooring Underway
“In love with a reclaimed floor,” Jenner wrote alongside a pic of her gorgeous tiles.
Color Scheme
She also showed off a closer photo of her hexagon-shaped tiling. Jenner has been dedicating herself to getting her new property in tip-top shape after putting her seven-bedroom, nine-and-a-half-bathroom Holmby Hills mansion up for sale in December 2025 for $48 million.

Jenner’s expansive property in Hidden Hills is getting rich hardwood floors in at least one room.
