The cast of Selling the OC have been turning heads for their complicated — and very flirty — relationships in and out of the office.
Tyler Stanaland’s intimate friendships with Alexandra “Alex” Hall and Polly Brindle, for example, raised some eyebrows when the show premiered in August 2022, as Tyler was married to Brittany Snow during filming. The trio turned heads when they gave each other “nosies,” a.k.a. open mouth kisses.
Tyler denied that his flirty relationships with both women were inappropriate, but he did confess that Kayla Cardona‘s advances were not OK. Kayla, for her part, exclusively told Us Weekly in August 2022 she was “feeling the reciprocation back” when she tried to kiss Tyler.
“It really felt like brother, sister vibes in most of our opinions,” Tyler argued to Us at the time, claiming he didn’t lead Kayla on. “It never felt that way, but I can’t speak for her.”
Over the years, the cast has experienced changing relationship statuses as they navigated love away from The Oppenheim Group.

Alex Hall
Alex was married to Neil Flores for seven years before calling it quits. The exes share two children: a daughter and a son. During season 1 of the series, Alex was seen on a date with a man named Jeremy but hinted that she was too busy to pursue anything serious. She sparked romance speculation in fall 2022 when she was spotted spending time with Tyler after his split from Snow. Alex exclusively told Us in December 2022 that it “never crossed [her] mind” to date Tyler.
After Alex made out in a hot tub with Tyler during season 2 of Selling the OC, which aired in September 2023, Tyler exclusively told Us that they were “still navigating [their] friendship.” Alex teased viewers would “have to stick around [for] season 3” to learn more. The relationship ultimately fizzled.
In season 4, Alex introduced fans to her boyfriend, Ian Young. Less than one week after season 4 premiered on Netflix, Alex confirmed they were no longer together.
Polly Brindle
During the Selling the OC season 2 trailer, which dropped in August 2023, Polly hinted that there is a video of her and Tyler making out.
Polly explained what really happened the following month, exclusively telling Us, “Honestly, lies [were] told about what happens in that video. Me and a friend shared a drunken kiss. That was it. Nothing else. There was no hands down pants [or anything else].”
Polly went on several dates with Summer House star Luke Gulbranson throughout season 4, but their relationship was ultimately TBD as he lived on the East Coast.
After celebrating Thanksgiving in November 2025, Polly hard launched her new romance with real estate advisor and former professional rugby player Meyer Swanepoel.
“I hope everyone had the best Thanksgiving,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “I spent my day eating, drinking, being merry and surrounded by those I love. Perfecto 🥰❤️ #thanksgiving #thankful.”
Tyler Stanaland
The professional surfer married Brittany in March 2020. Two years later, Tyler confirmed their split via Instagram in September 2022. A source exclusively told Us at the time that the actress and Tyler “had issues” prior to their breakup.
Tyler has since made headlines for hanging out with costar Alex. While the twosome made out on season 2 of the reality show, Tyler exclusively told Us in September 2023 that the “steamy moment” was something they were “still kind of trying to figure out.” He insisted that at the moment they were still “really close friends.”
Tyler was also called out on season 2 of Selling the OC for sharing a kiss with Polly that was caught on video. Polly later told Us that it was a “drunken kiss” and “nothing else.”
Brittany filed for divorce in January 2023, and it was finalized in July 2023. Two years later, Tyler moved on with Hannah Morrissey. They got engaged in October 2025, tying the knot the next month.
Jason Oppenheim
The Selling Sunset star dated costar Mary Fitzgerald for several years before they made their reality TV debut in 2019. He began seeing Chrishell Stause in May 2021 but they twosome parted ways in December of that year. Oppenheim was first linked to model Marie-Lou Nurk in July 2022. Oppenheim and Nurk announced their split in May 2023.
In April 2025, Oppenheim went Instagram official with Jessica Vargas.
Kayla Cardona
Kayla opened up about being single on season 1 of the Netflix series, revealing she’s more focused on raising her teenage son than dating. During the show, her decision to try and kiss Tyler while he was married came under fire. She has since told Us that they “squashed” their beef.
Austin Victoria
The model shares three kids, including twin daughters Lilah and Hazel, with his fashion designer wife, Lisa Victoria, whom he wed in September 2018.
Alexandra Jarvis
The former attorney, who the cast calls “Jarvis,” got engaged to Sergio Ducoulombier on Christmas in 2020. Jarvis married her longtime love in Italy in April 2023.
Gio Helou
The agent and Tiffany Helou tied the knot in Laguna Beach, California, in August 2020.
Fiona Belle
Although fans did not meet Fiona’s boyfriend on season 4 of Selling the OC, the Oppenheim Group agent frequently posts pictures of Joey Lennon on Instagram. In October 2025, the couple enjoyed a trip to Australia.
Ashtyn Zerboni
Ashtyn has been married to Jeffrey Zerboni since 2022. In July 2025, the couple exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that they welcomed a daughter named Juliette Jolie.
Alexandra Rose
The realtor, whose coworkers call “Rose,” welcomed a baby in November 2025 with her partner. Although she has not revealed her boyfriend’s identity, Rose confirmed in February 2026 that they are engaged.
Kaylee Ricciardi
When Kaylee made her reality TV debut on Selling the OC season 4 in 2025, fans discovered she had an unexpected connection to Austin.
“I know Kaylee because she dated one of my best friends from LA,” Austin revealed. “Unfortunately, I think him and Kaylee had a bad breakup, but we stayed in touch.” At the end of season 4, Kaylee appeared to be single.
Sean Palmieri
Unlike most of his male coworkers, Sean is single.
Brandi Marshall
The former public relations executive is married to former basketball player Sean Marshall. The couple share two children: a daughter and a son.
Alexandra Harper
Harper joined the cast during season 2. She got engaged to Lucas England in March 2024.
Lauren Brito Shortt
The California native wed fellow realtor Andrew Shortt in the summer of 2022. The pair share a golden retriever named Gunner.
