Kylie Jenner is facing mounting legal trouble from former employees, with at least three active lawsuits filed against the reality star in 2026 alone.
The 2026 suits — brought by a former private chef and two former housekeepers — allege a pattern of harassment, discrimination and labor violations inside Jenner’s household operations. All three plaintiffs are represented by attorney Della Shaker. Jenner, for her part, has not publicly commented on any of the suits.
“Celebrity status does not exempt anyone from California’s employment laws,” Shaker told the Los Angeles Times in a statement. “We look forward to presenting the evidence in court and allowing the facts to speak for themselves.”

Kylie Jenner’s Former Chef Alleges Workload Led to Miscarriage
One of Jenner’s former private chefs named the Kylie Cosmetics mogul in a June 2026 lawsuit, claiming that an unhealthy workload during pregnancy contributed to her miscarriage.
The plaintiff alleged that she routinely worked 11- to 12-hour shifts for five days a week and was assigned physically demanding tasks while pregnant. In February 2026, when she was five months along, the chef claimed that she was asked to work at a birthday party for one of Jenner’s family members in Palm Springs, California, without “adequate support.” She claimed her concerns about the workload were ignored by supervisors.
After the event, the cook “experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body,” according to court documents that noted the chef woke the next morning to severe hemorrhaging, drove herself to the emergency room and was told there was no detectable heartbeat.
According to the suit, a supervisor later reprimanded her, saying: “Stop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed.”
Kylie Jenner’s Housekeeper Shares Harassment Allegations
The first of the housekeeper suits against Jenner was filed by Angelica Vasquez in April 2026. Vasquez began working for Jenner in September 2024, initially at her Beverly Hills home before being reassigned to the star’s Hidden Hills residence.
Vasquez’s suit names Jenner individually along with Kylie Jenner, Inc., Tri Star Services LLC, La Maison Family Services LLC and Does 1 through 25.
Vasquez, a Salvadorian woman and practicing Catholic, alleged she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by other employees on the housekeeping staff. According to court documents, she was “mocked for her accent and treated as inferior,” with comments made about her “immigration status.” She also alleged supervisors “snapped their fingers” at her and often “shouted.”
By March 2025, the situation allegedly turned violent, with hangers thrown at her feet. Vasquez took medical leave in July 2025 and resigned the following month, citing “ongoing harassment, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful working conditions.” She is seeking a jury trial.
“Our client didn’t seek the spotlight — she sought the protections the law promises every employee,” the plaintiff’s attorney, Shaker, said in a statement to Us Weekly.
A 2nd Housekeeper’s Lawsuit Details Escalating Concerns
A second housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, filed her own suit in May 2026. Soto began as a part-time housekeeper around May 2019 and accepted a full-time position three months later.
According to court documents, Soto alleges that Jenner and other defendants “failed to provide adequate staffing, assistance or reasonable working conditions despite increasing and unreasonable demands.”
In April 2025, Soto allegedly placed a letter on Jenner’s massage bed detailing her concerns. “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused…” she wrote, according to court documents. “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”
Soto alleges she was threatened with termination the next day “and instructed never to contact defendant Jenner again.”
“I commend her for the courage to come forward and seek accountability, recognizing that taking the first step is often the most difficult,” attorney Shaker told the Los Angeles Times in a statement.
Kylie Jenner’s Fashion Brand Sued in 2020
The 2026 employment suits are not Jenner’s first brush with litigation. Her fashion brand Kendall + Kylie previously faced an unrelated lawsuit.
In January 2020, Klauber Brothers Inc. sued Kylie and sister Kendall Jenner’s brand for copyright infringement over the lace designs on an $18 pair of underwear and a $26 Lace Slip Mini Dress.
Jenner settled her portion for an undisclosed sum in October 2020, though the suit continued against other defendants.
Kylie Jenner’s Involvement in Blac Chyna Dispute
In March 2018, Kylie dropped out of a lawsuit she and her brother Rob Kardashian had filed against his ex Blac Chyna one year prior. The original suit alleged that Chyna attacked Kardashian with an iPhone cord during a December 2016 fight at a property owned by Kylie, asking for more than $100,000 in damages.
