Mikayla Nogueira’s marriage to Cody Hawken has officially come to an end.
“HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!” Nogueira, 28, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, July 28, after posting a video from what appeared to be a courthouse. “Officially divorced.”
For further confirmation that the influencer is legally single, Nogueira wore a black “Just Divorced” t-shirt and a matching “Divorced AF” sash to commemorate the day.
Back in February, Nogueira first announced her split from Hawken, 28, after more than two years of marriage.

“I want to start this video by saying I appreciate you and I love you and you’re going to want to be sitting down for this video. I am getting a divorce. Take a minute, take it in. I am getting a divorce,” she said in an Instagram video at the time. “I’m not going to be sharing any details whatsoever as to why Cody and I have made this decision.”
She continued, “The main reason I am doing that is because I want to protect Cody. Cody deserves that. We both want to heal. Cody deserves to be happy. Cody deserves to be happy. So do I. This is an extremely s****y thing. No one gets married to get a divorce. Absolutely no one.”
Nogueria claimed that the split was “amicable” and both parties were hopeful they could remain in touch and friendly.
“I want to guarantee you that no amount of speculation, no one claiming they know why we are getting a divorce, no video from a tea page or a drama channel, knows why Cody and I made this decision,” she said in February. “The only people that know why Cody and I made this decision is Cody and I. I just want to make that very, very clear.”
Since announcing her split, Nogueria has been open about going on dates and moving forward with her life.
As for Hawken, he made news earlier this month when breaking his silence on the split. Hawken asked his followers to send him videos of Nogueira “talking s***” about him, tweeting, “I think it’s time I learn exactly what has been said about me. Thank you in advance.”

With a new chapter beginning in Nogueira’s life, the celebrity makeup artist appears to be experiencing a second chance at love with a new man.
In recent weeks, she has been posting photos featuring the influencer getting cozy with an unidentified guy.
“Forget happy,” Nogueira wrote via Instagram on July 2 with her new man. “I’m f***ing ecstatic. ❤️.”
