The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Kelly Dodd has pleaded not guilty to revenge porn charges, Us Weekly can confirm.

Dodd, 50, appeared in an Orange County, California, courtroom for her arraignment hearing and bail review on Thursday, May 28, after she denied wrongdoing. TMZ was first to report the news of her plea.

“Kelly is not pleading guilty to anything. I’m confident she will not be convicted of anything, and confident that these charges will be dismissed,” criminal defense attorney Cameron Talley said on her behalf.

Us has learned that Dodd has another pretrial hearing ahead on August 17.

Dodd is currently facing three misdemeanor charges, including a battery charge stemming from an incident with an unnamed individual in June 2025 and a disorderly conduct charge related to allegations that she distributed sexual images of a separate person without their consent in August 2025. She faces a misdemeanor charge of telephone calls with intent to annoy in connection with the revenge porn allegations.

TMZ reported on Dodd’s revenge porn case on Wednesday, May 27. Citing court documents, the outlet claimed that the reality star “unlawfully and intentionally” distributed images of a Jane Doe engaging in sexual activity. According to the outlet, prosecutors alleged that Dodd shared “footage of a female having sex and masturbating without their consent.”

Prosecutors claimed that the person in the video suffered severe emotional distress after Dodd allegedly leaked the footage in August 2025. Dodd and the woman allegedly agreed to keep the images private.

Dodd also allegedly “contacted the person and threatened to injure her, her property and her family,” according to the report.

Dodd and her husband, Rick Leventhal, addressed the allegations in a video on Thursday ahead of her court hearing.

“I was like, ‘What the actual F is going on here?’” Dodd said in an Instagram clip from their “Rick and Kelly Show” podcast. “Then we see [the report]. It’s hilarious to me, by the way.”

Leventhal, 66, told viewers that they could not elaborate much because Dodd had not yet appeared in court. However, he claimed that the “facts” in the initial report were “completely wrong.”

“And I know you can’t wait to reveal the truth,” Leventhal told his wife.

Dodd responded, “I need some uplifting right now, because this is so insane, and I know it’s somebody in my family that is putting this stuff out, driving this. And you know who it is.”

The TV personality also promised that she would share text messages related to the case with subscribers of the couple’s Patreon page.

“It’s been an insane experience, and I can’t wait to share the true story,” Dodd captioned her Instagram post.

Dodd appeared on five seasons of RHOC from 2016 to 2021. She and Leventhal tied the knot in October 2020.
