Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan’s relationship was high-profile from the start.
They first sparked dating speculation when they were seen grabbing lunch in September 2022. A source exclusively told Us Weekly that month that the pair are “dating and have been spending more time together in recent weeks.” The source also mentioned that the twosome was trying to keep their relationship discreet “because of the rift between Scottie [Pippen] and Michael [Jordan].”
Two months later, the duo were spotted again having a cozy beach day in November 2022.
Larsa was previously married to Scottie, who famously played for the Chicago Bulls alongside Michael, Marcus’s dad. The two retired basketball players had a tight bond during their careers in the 1980s and 1990s, but a rivalry brewed between them. In November 2021, Scottie alleged in his Unguarded memoir that he was “upset” with Michael for glossing over their NBA history in his documentary, The Last Dance.
“They glorified Michael Jordan while not giving nearly enough praise to me and my proud teammates,” Scottie wrote. “Michael deserved a large portion of the blame. The producers had granted him editorial control of the final product. The doc couldn’t have been released otherwise. He was the leading man and the director.”
The TV personality and the Arkansas native were married from 1997 until they announced their split in 2015 but briefly reconciled in 2017. The former couple then split for good in 2018 when Larsa filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Us confirmed that their divorce had been finalized in late 2021, nearly three years after they split for good. They share four children: Scotty Jr., Preston, Justin and Sophia.
News broke in February 2024 that the pair had split, weeks before they are expected to film The Traitors season 2 reunion in Los Angeles on March 1.

While sources confirmed to Us that they were indeed dating, Larsa attempted to downplay their relationship, telling reporters at BravoCon that she and Marcus were just good friends.

The couple attended a San Diego Chargers game together, where an onlooker heckled Larsa over her romance with her ex-husband’s teammate’s son. “Hey Larsa, that’s what you’re doing? You’re with the boy, Mike’s son?” the person yelled in a video obtained by TMZ. “You a cold motherf–ker, ain’t you! You’re cold as a motherf–ker, homie.”

The pair were spotted out and about on a romantic date night in Miami. The reality star wowed in a shimmering silver dress while the Trophy Room CEO, for his part, donned an orange patterned shirt and black hat.

The duo made their romance Instagram official with a snap taken at Marcus’ Trophy Room store in Orlando, Florida. “✔️Checks over stripes🏆,” Larsa captioned the photo, which showed the couple posing in front of a floral arrangement designed to look like Michael’s famous Bulls jersey.

“My forever Valentine ❤️,” the reality star gushed via Instagram in honor of Valentine’s Day. The athlete, for his part, took to social media to share a photo of his girlfriend with flowers, writing, “Three words, 8 letters💖✨🌹Happy Valentines Day, Babe❤️🔥.”

Larsa opened up about her romance with Marcus during an interview with Tamron Hall, clarifying that the pair met four years earlier at a party. “We have a lot of mutual friends, and so we’re kind of in the same circle,” she explained, noting that the duo have not known each other as long as some people believe.
The Peacock star added that she has been spending time with Marcus’ family, including his dad, Michael. “I’ve recently been hanging out with them, but I don’t really want to talk about them,” she said. “I feel like it’s not about, you know, my parents or his parents — they’re all happy; our whole family’s fine.”
The jewelry designer noted that Marcus has really hit it off with her own children. “My kids love Marcus,” she revealed. “We travel together, my kids really enjoy spending time with him. I feel like I’m in a great place and that’s the most important thing.”

During the Real Housewives of Miami season 5 reunion, Larsa defended the “unusual” dynamic that developed from her dating Marcus.
“I feel like a lot of people don’t understand, like, I didn’t know him,” she said about Michael’s son. “I just met him a few years ago. I never met him before. I was with Scottie the very last year that he played with Michael.”
The reality star continued: “Michael and his wife were going through a divorce, so I never met his wife, never met his kids. It wasn’t like we had families that were intertwined. I never knew them.”
Larsa, who was joined by her boyfriend at the reunion, said she would change her name when she was asked about going by Pippin-Jordan or Jordan-Pippen if she walked down the aisle again. “I would definitely change my last name for whomever I married, that’s for sure,” she shared.

The pair exclusively opened up to Us about their romance and Marcus recounted his admiration for Larsa and the close bond she maintains with her kids.
“I feel like her children are a little older in age. I feel like if you’re dating someone with younger kids, then maybe you need to instill your perspective on them in a different way,” he explained. “But I feel like Larsa’s relationship with her children — she’s best friends with them. They talk every day. And so, it’s one of the things that I admire about her.”
Marcus, meanwhile, has grown closer with the RHOM star’s children. “For me, it’s more [like] I’m a fly on the wall. They have their conversations and wherever I can chime in that makes sense — I try to do so,” he said. “But I think because we’re closer in age, I think that that we have a lot in common. I’m just happy that they’ve received me so well.”

The reality stars sparked breakup speculation by unfollowing each other on Instagram around the same time Larsa removed all of her photos with Marcus from her Instagram profile. One day later, Us confirmed that the pair called it quits after one year of dating.
