Rob Gronkowski and Camille Kostek have been each other’s biggest fans since going public with their romance in 2015.
The former NFL tight end met Kostek in 2013 while she was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots, who selected him in the second round of the 2010 NFL draft.
“How it’s going vs How it started yes I broke the @patriotscheerleaders rules at the time and called him up … but it was worth it .”
Gronkowski and Kostek went public with their relationship in 2015. Since then, they’ve given glimpses of their strong chemistry via social media — but the NFL pro has yet to pop the question.
“If he were to get down on one knee, I’d be excited,” Kostek exclusively told Us Weekly in April 2022. “He’s my best friend. I would spend the rest of my life with him.”

The twosome attended several Super Bowl LVIII events together, including Gronk Beach and the big game. During their weekend in Las Vegas, Gronkowski exclusively told Us that Kostek is the “definitely the secret sauce” that holds them together. “She’s special,” he gushed.
“Oh, my God! That’s actually the cutest thing he’s probably said in a long time,” Kostek exclusively told Us of her boyfriend’s kind remarks while attending SI the Party in Sin City. She then teased that the real “secret sauce” in their relationship is their pet. “Ralphie, our dog. He’s the glue,” she declared.
